2007 Homecoming Week Festivities Oct. 1-5
*Any student not participating must be in school uniform.
MONDAY--Salad Dressing Day
Seniors: French-(wear berets and fashionable clothing)
Juniors: Caesar-(togas OVER SCHOOL UNIFORM and sandals)
Sophomores: Thousand Island-(Caribbean/Hawaiian)
Freshmen: Ranch-(Cowboy)
Teachers: House-(School colors)
Tuesday--"Hunt down the Lumberjacks"
All students wear camo shirt with uniform pants
Wednesday--Nerd Day
Go all out in your nerdiest attire
Thursday--"Rock the Lumberjacks"
Dress like your favorite rock star with uniform pants
Friday--Spirit Day
Show your school spirit in everything maroon and white.
You may wear your Homecoming shirt with blue jeans.
At the end of EACH DAY, we will choose the most spirited boy, girl, and teacher.
Albany High School will hold its annual Homecoming pre-game festivities
beginning at 6:00 PM
on October 5, 2007, with the presentation of the maids. The game vs. Bogulusa
will begin at
7:00 PM. The Homecoming dance will be held at the AMVETS hall in Springfield on
Saturday,
October 6, 2007 from 7-11 PM. The Albany Class of 1990 will be honored at a
reception at
5:00 PM at the school cafeteria before the game.
