Congratulations to the Hornet Baseball team and their coaches for their win over Doyle High School last night.
Baseball games today – Varsity at 4:00 and JV at 6:00 against Walker High there.
Softball games today at Loranger – JV at 4:00 and Varsity starting at 5:30.
Seniors: We will be having the Senior meeting on Tuesday morning, March 23rd in the cafeteria. This is the meeting that will cover your end-of-the-year items – graduation, finals, etc. It is very important that you be here
.Seniors: If you have not picked up your graduation supplies, delivery will be made again Thursday morning, March 18th, before school in the library. Please bring your final payment if you owe a balance. Senior class glassware will also be delivered at this time.
Cheerleader Try-outs will be on March 25th & 26th. Those who are interested in trying out can see Ms. Marci or Ms. Jones for more information or you may pick up an application in the office
.Attention Jrs. & Srs. - It’s time again for Junior and Senior dues. Junior dues are $20 to be paid to Ms. Faust. Senior dues are $40 to be paid to Ms. Amy Bankston. Your dues must be paid in order for you to attend prom. If dues are not paid by March 31st, they will be doubled!
Dance Team Tryouts will be held on April 7th , 8th and 9th. Try-out forms are in the office.
Attention Seniors: Any senior who wishes to have their senior portraits in the yearbook need to schedule an appointment with a photographer as soon as possible and submit their portraits to Mrs. Mullis by March 31, 2010. Boys need 1 Tux, 1 casual and their senior accomplishment form; girls need 1 drape, 1 casual and their senior accomplishment form. Also, any senior who wishes to purchase a senior ad needs to visit the AHS website and print out an order form and read all information pertaining to seniors.
Attn Seniors: All seniors that would like to participate in the Senior Video that will be shown at the Senior Breakfast need to turn in one baby picture and an up-to-date casual picture to Mrs. Tammy Carpenter Room # 207 by March 26th. Purchase price is $20 and may be purchased from Mrs. Tammy
.Attn: Students: Yearbooks are on sale. Please check our school website for online yearbook sales or pick up a form from the school office or see Mrs. Mullis to order one.
Attention Students: We will offer math tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:30 – 3:30. We will offer English tutoring on Mondays and Tuesdays after school from 2:30 – 3:30.
